What Ordro does

Ordro gives a business a storefront link, an order screen, and WhatsApp messages to their customers. We are the software, not the seller. Anything you buy is a contract between you and the shop.

For shops

You are responsible for what you sell, what you say about it, your prices, your taxes, and getting orders to your customers. You need the right to use the WhatsApp number you connect. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anyone you invite as staff can see and change your orders and catalogue.

For customers

Order details, prices and availability come from the shop. If something is wrong with an order, the shop is who to speak to — their number and location are on their shop page.

Acceptable use

Ordro may not be used to sell anything illegal where you are, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to impersonate another business. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Payments

Shops that take cards do so through their own Stripe account. Money goes to them, not to us, and refunds are theirs to give. Ordro is free during launch; we will give at least 30 days' notice before charging.

Availability

We work to keep Ordro running and back the database up nightly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. WhatsApp is a third party; if they change or restrict something, that can affect what Ordro can do.

Ending it

You can delete your shop at any time from Shop settings. We can end an account for a breach of these terms with notice, except where the breach requires acting immediately.
